Neftaly Artisan School Volunteer

As a Volunteer at Neftaly Artisan School, I contribute my time and enthusiasm to support the delivery of vocational training and skills development programs. This role provides me with valuable exposure to the artisan trades environment while allowing me to assist in meaningful ways. My responsibilities include:

• Assisting instructors and skilled artisans in setting up workshops, preparing tools, and organizing training materials to facilitate practical learning sessions.
• Supporting learners during hands-on activities by providing guidance and encouragement under the supervision of experienced trainers.
• Helping maintain a safe and clean workshop environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
• Assisting with basic administrative tasks such as attendance tracking, record keeping, and communication with learners.
• Participating in training sessions and learning opportunities to enhance my own understanding of artisan trades and vocational education.
• Collaborating with the team to ensure smooth daily operations and contribute to a positive learning atmosphere.

Through this volunteer experience, I am developing practical skills, gaining industry insight, and contributing to the growth and success of aspiring artisans in the community.
