Neftaly is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Brand Materials Officer to support the management, production, and distribution of Neftaly’s branded materials. This role is essential in ensuring consistent brand representation and supporting the organisation’s marketing initiatives.

Role Overview

The Brand Materials Officer will assist with coordinating the creation and delivery of print and digital branded assets. You will work closely with marketing and communications teams to maintain brand standards and support promotional activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the production of branded materials such as brochures, banners, and merchandise.
• Liaise with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain inventory and manage distribution of branded collateral.
• Assist in updating and organising digital asset libraries.
• Support marketing campaigns with material preparation and logistical support.
• Ensure all materials comply with Neftaly’s brand guidelines.

Minimum Requirements
