Programme Overview:

As a Neftaly Classified Learner, you will undergo hands-on training and mentorship while working on real-world projects involving the creation, editing, and promotion of classified listings. The programme blends theoretical knowledge with practical application to prepare you for a successful career in media, advertising, or digital platforms.

Key Learning Areas:

• Introduction to classified advertising and its role in digital media.
• Basics of digital marketing, copywriting, and audience targeting.
• Content creation, editing, and formatting for online platforms.
• Customer service and communication for ad placement support.
• Ethics, accuracy, and standards in public-facing content.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in compiling and formatting classified ads for Neftaly’s platforms.
• Learn to work with content management systems and ad tools.
• Support users with ad submissions and customer inquiries.
• Contribute to marketing efforts that promote classifieds to the public.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and practical assignments.

Eligibility Criteria:

• South African youth aged 18–35 with a matric certificate or TVET qualification.
• Interest in media, marketing, communications, or advertising.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• No prior work experience required—just a positive attitude and commitment.

Duration:

• 12-month structured learnership programme (includes both training and work placement).
• Includes assessments and progress tracking throughout the year.
