Role Overview:

As a Climate Change Studies Research Fellow, you will lead and support advanced research projects focusing on the social, economic, and ecological impacts of climate change. Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse data, publish research findings, and contribute to policy briefs, reports, and academic publications.
• Mentor interns and junior researchers involved in climate-related initiatives.
• Collaborate with universities, NGOs, government institutions, and local communities.
• Represent Neftaly at national and international forums, workshops, and conferences.

Key Competencies:
