    The meeting focused on reviewing daily Human Capital (HC) Royal Team operations. The team reported that the main challenge experienced during the day was network instability and limited access to Education systems. Despite this challenge, all daily targets were successfully met, and overall productivity remained positive.

    2.1 Observation of Daily Operations

    A review of daily workflow patterns confirmed that productivity improvements continue to be maintained. No recurring or new operational issues were identified.

    2.2 Root Cause Identification

    Although no new challenges occurred, the team revisited previously identified challenge categories to reinforce long-term solutions. These include:

    • Communication process gaps
    • Workflow delays
    • Slow network connectivity impacting operational efficiency

    2.3 Collaborative Problem-Solving

    The team continued analysing factors that previously contributed to delays, including:

    • Lack of essential technical access
    • Reduced workflow visibility

    The team reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining efficiency and preventing future disruptions.

    • No new issues were reported.

    3.2 Ongoing Monitoring Area – Lack of Access to Scrape

    Some team members still do not have access to Scrape, which continues to slow down information retrieval and response times for HC-related queries.

    3.3 Impact on Service Delivery

    • There was no negative impact on service delivery.
    • The team remained productive and successfully achieved all daily targets.

    4. Recommendations

    4.1 Technical Solutions

    • Prioritise the activation of all essential HR systems required for daily operations.
    • Scrape Access: Ensure all outstanding team members receive login credentials with the correct permissions.

    5. Next Steps

    • Continue monitoring system functionality and team access requirements.
    • Maintain clear and productive communication channels across all HC operations.
    • Extend appreciation to the team for their commitment and strong performance at the start of the new year.

    2. Review of Handover Meeting

    The team reviewed the handover information and aligned tasks for the day. As this marked the second day back at work after the year-end break, the focus was on reorienting the team, confirming priorities, and ensuring continuity of work following the festive period.

    The team discussed ongoing tasks and confirmed deliverables for the day to ensure a smooth transition back into full operations. Appreciation was extended to Chief Ms. Mabusela for her continued supervision and support, as well as to the Human Capital Team for their commitment and teamwork.

    No major issues were identified. All action items were clarified to ensure effective execution and workflow alignment.


    3. Challenges and Resolutions

    Challenges Identified:

    • No challenges were reported at the start of the day.

    The team reiterated the importance of maintaining full system access to prevent any disruptions to productivity.

    Resolution / Follow-Up:

    • System functionality will be monitored throughout the day.
    • Any challenges that arise will be escalated immediately for prompt resolution.

    4. Tasks for Today

    The team aligned on the following objectives for the day:

    • Continue executing assigned Royal duties, ensuring individual targets and daily goals are met.
    • Monitor ongoing tasks to maintain consistency, quality, and progress.
    • Provide timely updates and maintain clear, effective communication across the team.
    • Support and collaborate with colleagues to ensure balanced workloads and efficient task completion.
    • Upload content to NeftalyP000-5 using the provided Excel content.

    5. Achieving the Daily Goals

    To achieve the day’s priorities, the team will focus on:

    • Adding and updating content.
    • Numbering procedures and policies.
    • Preparing minutes for all scheduled meetings.
    • Continuing with Tickets found on Teams under CHCR Royal and working towards meeting daily work targets.

    6. Closing

    The meeting concluded with a shared understanding of the day’s priorities and expected deliverables. The team reaffirmed their commitment to collaboration, accountability, and achieving set daily objectives.

    The team extended New Year wishes to all members, expressing hope that the break was restful and energising, and shared enthusiasm for a productive and successful year ahead as they look forward to achieving even more in 2026.

    2026-2027 Workplace Skills Plans and Annual Training Reports Submission Window is Now Open – Closing Date: 30 April 2026

    Dear Valued Stakeholder,

    The HWSETA System is now officially opened for the submission of 2026-2027 Workplace Skills Plans (WSP), Annual Training Reports (ATR), Pivotal Training Plans (PTP), and Pivotal Training Reports (PTR). Stakeholders are encouraged to begin their submissions promptly to meet the deadline.

    Final date of submission:
    The Closing Date is on the 30th of April 2026 at 23:59 (Midnight).

    Important Notice:
    No extensions will be granted for late submissions, including incomplete or inaccurate data.

    Requests for extensions, if any, must be submitted prior to the deadline and accompanied by a motivation letter and supporting documentation/evidence.
