Neftaly is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Brand Awareness Officer to join our marketing team. In this key support role, you will assist in promoting Neftaly’s brand, helping to expand our visibility and engagement across various platforms and communities.
Role Overview
The Brand Awareness Officer supports the development and implementation of branding activities and campaigns. You will work closely with the Brand Awareness Manager and marketing team to help craft compelling content, manage social media, and coordinate outreach efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in creating and scheduling content for social media platforms.
- Support marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Monitor and report on brand engagement and campaign performance.
- Coordinate communication with partners, stakeholders, and media.
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels and materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks related to marketing and communications.
Key Skills and Competencies
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing and social media management.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Hootsuite, or Mailchimp is a plus.
Minimum Requirements
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field.
- Previous experience or internship in marketing or communications preferred.
- Enthusiasm for brand development and storytelling.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
