    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct qualitative and quantitative research on public, stakeholder, and internal perceptions of the Neftaly brand.
    • Design surveys, focus groups, and interviews to collect data on brand recognition, trust, and sentiment.
    • Analyze brand perception trends across various demographics, regions, and platforms.
    • Compile research findings into clear, actionable reports to inform Neftaly’s communication, marketing, and outreach strategies.
    • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to refine messaging and positioning based on research outcomes.
    • Monitor media, social media, and community feedback to identify emerging perceptions or reputation risks.
    • Assist in developing strategies to improve brand visibility, trust, and engagement.

    Skills and Competencies:

    • Strong research and analytical skills with experience in brand or social research.
    • Ability to design and implement studies, surveys, and focus groups.
    • Proficiency in research tools and software (e.g., SPSS, Excel, NVivo, Google Forms).
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to present complex data in a clear and engaging way for various stakeholders.

    Qualifications:
