Neftaly Artisan School TVET College Graduate Intern
As a TVET College Graduate Intern at the Neftaly Artisan School, I am participating in a practical internship programme that enhances my technical skills and work readiness within a real-world artisan training environment. This role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and hands-on industry experience. My responsibilities include:
- Supporting qualified instructors and artisans in the delivery of technical training across various trades, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and construction-related disciplines.
- Assisting with the preparation of training materials, tools, and workshop setups to facilitate effective hands-on learning for students.
- Participating in daily workshop activities to gain exposure to practical applications of the skills learned during my TVET studies.
- Maintaining and organizing workshop equipment and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
- Engaging with learners and providing peer support and guidance under the supervision of experienced mentors.
- Attending training sessions and professional development workshops aimed at strengthening both technical competence and workplace behavior.
- Completing assigned tasks and projects that align with the learning outcomes of my qualification while contributing to the operational success of the Artisan School.
This internship provides me with valuable experience in a structured and supportive environment, allowing me to apply my technical knowledge, grow professionally, and prepare for full-time employment in the artisan and skilled trades sector.
