    The Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Learnership is a structured learning and development opportunity designed for youth, recent graduates, or aspiring researchers interested in brand analysis and public engagement. This program provides hands-on experience in researching how Neftaly is perceived by its stakeholders, beneficiaries, and the broader public.

    Purpose of the Learnership:
    To equip learners with foundational knowledge and practical skills in brand research, data collection, and analysis while contributing to Neftaly’s continuous improvement in public perception and engagement.

    Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities:

    • Learn how to design and implement research tools such as surveys, interviews, and focus group discussions focused on brand awareness and perception.
    • Assist with data collection, entry, and basic analysis under the guidance of experienced researchers.
    • Support the preparation of reports and presentations summarizing findings and insights.
    • Observe and participate in discussions on how research findings are used to inform brand strategy and communication efforts.
    • Engage in training workshops on research ethics, qualitative and quantitative methods, and stakeholder engagement.
    • Help monitor public sentiment through online platforms and community feedback.
    • Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects within Neftaly’s Marketing and Communications department.

    Skills and Competencies Developed:

    Entry Requirements:

    • A completed or in-progress qualification in Social Sciences, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, or a related field.
    • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
    • Strong willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative.
    • No prior experience required—just curiosity, reliability, and commitment.

    Duration:

    • Typically 6 to 12 months, depending on the structure and individual learning goals.

    Outcome:
    Upon completion of the learnership, participants will have gained valuable practical experience in the field of brand perception research and will be better prepared for roles in research, communications, or marketing. A certificate of completion will be provided, along with the opportunity to apply for future roles within Neftaly or its partner organizations.
