Neftaly is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and experienced individual to take on the role of Awards Manager<\/strong> within the prestigious Neftaly Awards Programme<\/strong>. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead the planning, coordination, and execution of a high-impact initiative that celebrates excellence, innovation, and service across communities and industries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    \n
  • Lead the full lifecycle of the Neftaly Awards Programme\u2014from strategy to execution.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee nomination, evaluation, judging, and selection processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Manage teams of interns, freelancers, and volunteers involved in the awards process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners, judges, sponsors, and stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Ensure transparency, credibility, and fairness in all awards-related processes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Drive promotional campaigns and ensure high visibility of the Awards Programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Plan and manage the logistics of physical and\/or virtual awards events.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    • Strong leadership and project management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Event planning and coordination experience.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • High-level organisational and time-management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Knowledge of evaluation frameworks and award management best practices.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

      Minimum Requirements<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
        \n
      • Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Events Management, Public Relations, Communications, or related fields.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • 3\u20135 years of experience in project or event management, preferably in awards programmes or similar initiatives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office, Google Workspace, project tools like Trello or Asana).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
