This role focuses on designing impactful camp experiences that foster youth empowerment, personal growth, and community engagement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Role Overview<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Camps Specialist will be responsible for creating camp curricula, coordinating logistics, training facilitators, and ensuring the overall success and safety of camp programmes.
