This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of high-quality training programs that align with industry standards and meet the developmental needs of learners and partner organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Key Responsibilities<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Strategic Planning &amp; Leadership:<\/strong> Develop and execute the Centre\u2019s training strategy in line with Neftaly\u2019s vision and objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Program Management:<\/strong> Oversee the development, accreditation, and delivery of learnerships, skills programs, and workshops.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Quality Assurance:<\/strong> Ensure all training programs comply with SETA requirements, national standards, and quality frameworks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Team Leadership:<\/strong> Manage and mentor a team of trainers, facilitators, and administrative staff to maximize performance and learner outcomes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Stakeholder Engagement:<\/strong> Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, SETAs, employers, and learners.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Budget and Resource Management:<\/strong> Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational logistics to optimize program delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Monitoring &amp; Reporting:<\/strong> Track training performance metrics, learner progress, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continuous Improvement:<\/strong> Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of training services to maintain competitive advantage.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ideal Candidate Profile<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Proven experience in managing training programs, learnerships, or skills development projects.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strong knowledge of South African education frameworks, SETA accreditation processes, and labor market demands.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Ability to foster a learner-centric environment while meeting business and compliance objectives.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Competence in budgeting, project management, and stakeholder relationship management.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Qualifications in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Why Join Neftaly?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">As the Training Services Manager, you will be at the forefront of shaping the future of skills development in South Africa.
