This role supports the planning and implementation of impactful development programmes guided by research and community participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Role Overview<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Community Needs Assessments Research Officer is responsible for gathering data, conducting fieldwork, and supporting the research team to assess the needs, challenges, and priorities of communities.
