Role Overview:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

As a Conference Coordinator Fellow<\/strong>, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of Neftaly events. You will work alongside internal departments, external partners, sponsors, and guest speakers to deliver events that reflect Neftaly\u2019s mission of empowerment, education, and capacity building.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key Responsibilities:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

  • Lead the planning, scheduling, and delivery of Neftaly conferences and related events.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Develop event concepts, timelines, and logistics plans in alignment with strategic goals.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Liaise with venues, vendors, sponsors, media, and service providers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Coordinate guest speakers, panelists, facilitators, and VIP attendees.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Supervise registration processes, on-site coordination, and event staffing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Oversee event communications including invitations, marketing, and feedback collection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  • Track budgets, prepare reports, and analyse event outcomes for continuous improvement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

    Ideal Candidate Profile:<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    • Degree or diploma in Event Management, Communications, Public Relations, Hospitality, or a related field.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Demonstrated experience in coordinating large-scale events or conferences.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    • Excellent organisational, multitasking, and time management skills.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
