The Neftaly Classified Officer plays a key role in managing and coordinating the day-to-day operations of Neftaly’s classified advertising services. This position is designed for individuals who are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about digital content, advertising, and helping communities connect through accessible information platforms.

Role Overview:

As a Neftaly Classified Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the classified listings process, ensuring the quality and accuracy of content, assisting clients with ad placement, and working closely with the marketing and media teams to improve platform engagement and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full cycle of classified ad submissions—from intake and review to publishing and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with content guidelines, community standards, and ethical advertising practices.
• Support clients and users with inquiries, submissions, and advertisement updates.
• Coordinate with internal teams to plan and promote high-priority listings and campaigns.
• Maintain up-to-date records and reports on classified performance and analytics.
• Troubleshoot platform or user issues and provide timely solutions.
• Contribute to the improvement of content management processes and client satisfaction.
