The Neftaly Community Development Freelancer role is a flexible and impactful opportunity for individuals with experience or passion in community outreach, development planning, and social empowerment. Role Overview:

As a Community Development Freelancer, you will assist with the design, implementation, and evaluation of initiatives that address local challenges such as poverty, unemployment, education gaps, youth development, and environmental sustainability. This role allows you to work remotely or on-site, depending on project needs, while collaborating with Neftaly teams, NGOs, government entities, and community stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to the planning and coordination of community engagement projects.
• Conduct fieldwork such as surveys, interviews, and focus groups for needs assessments.
• Develop educational materials, toolkits, and training content.
• Write project proposals, progress reports, and evaluation summaries.
• Facilitate workshops, mentorship sessions, or community dialogues when required.
• Support awareness campaigns, events, and stakeholder mobilisation efforts.

Ideal Candidate:

• Qualification or experience in Development Studies, Social Sciences, Education, Environmental Management, or a related field.
• Proven ability to manage tasks independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with community engagement or social development work is an advantage.
• Ability to collaborate virtually and adapt to different communities and contexts.
