Key Responsibilities:

• Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of artisan training programmes across various disciplines such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, welding, and more.
• Assist instructors and facilitators with classroom management, learner assessments, and hands-on training sessions.
• Participate in the development and improvement of training materials and resources to ensure alignment with industry standards.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to learners, promoting positive attitudes, work readiness, and professional development.
• Help organize school events, workshops, and exhibitions that showcase learner achievements and attract new participants.
• Conduct outreach initiatives to engage communities, partners, and potential stakeholders in supporting artisan training.

Requirements:
