Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Officer
The Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Officer supports the planning, execution, and analysis of research projects that explore how Neftaly’s brand is viewed by stakeholders, beneficiaries, partners, and the general public. This role contributes to strengthening Neftaly’s visibility, credibility, and influence through evidence-based insights that guide communication and outreach strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the design and implementation of brand perception surveys, interviews, focus groups, and media monitoring activities.
- Collect, compile, and analyze data related to public opinion, stakeholder feedback, and media coverage.
- Support the development of research tools such as questionnaires, interview guides, and data dashboards.
- Prepare research summaries, reports, and presentations for internal teams and leadership.
- Help identify trends, patterns, and insights related to the organisation’s brand awareness, trust, and reputation.
- Maintain research records and ensure the confidentiality and accuracy of data.
- Collaborate with the Marketing, Communications, and Strategy teams to align research outcomes with brand objectives.
Skills and Competencies:
- Good understanding of research methods (quantitative and qualitative).
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and data analysis or survey tools (e.g. Google Forms, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, etc.).
Qualifications and Experience:
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Social Research, Public Relations, or related field.
- Previous experience in a research, branding, or communication support role is an advantage.
- Keen interest in social development, branding, and evidence-based decision-making.
Learning and Development:
- Gain hands-on experience in conducting brand perception and public sentiment research.
- Learn to apply data insights to real-world branding and marketing strategies.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team that values innovation, collaboration, and impact.
Duration:
This is a contract or project-based role (3–12 months) with potential for long-term growth and development based on performance and organisational needs.
