Purpose:
To support the planning, execution, and analysis of brand perception research projects, while providing the intern with hands-on experience in evidence-based branding and communications strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in designing and implementing research tools such as surveys, focus group guides, and feedback forms.
- Collect and analyse data on public opinion, stakeholder engagement, and brand sentiment.
- Conduct desktop research on competitor brands and industry trends.
- Assist in monitoring and evaluating social media, online platforms, and media coverage related to Neftaly.
- Help compile research reports, infographics, and presentations that communicate findings to internal teams.
- Contribute to strategy meetings by sharing insights gained through research.
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of research data and documentation.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong interest in research, branding, marketing, or communications.
- Ability to interpret data and present insights clearly.
- Good writing, analysis, and critical thinking skills.
- Familiarity with research tools and software (e.g. Google Forms, Excel, SPSS, or similar platforms).
