Neftaly is looking for an experienced and flexible Camps Freelancer to support the planning and execution of our educational and leadership camps. This freelance role is ideal for professionals skilled in event coordination, logistics, and youth programme facilitation who want to contribute to meaningful youth development initiatives on a project basis.

Role Overview

As a Camps Freelancer, you will collaborate with Neftaly’s camps team to manage various aspects of camp operations, including participant coordination, logistics management, and onsite support to ensure successful and impactful events.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organising camp schedules and activities.
• Coordinate participant registrations and communications.
• Manage logistics such as accommodation, transport, catering, and materials.
• Support facilitators during camp sessions and activities.
• Ensure adherence to safety and well-being protocols.
• Provide post-camp reports and feedback to improve future events.

• Proven experience in event or camp coordination.
