The Neftaly Centre of Specialisation Training Services Manager plays a pivotal role in driving the success and growth of our training initiatives. This leadership position is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and management of high-quality training programs that align with industry standards and meet the developmental needs of learners and partner organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Leadership: Develop and execute the Centre’s training strategy in line with Neftaly’s vision and objectives.
- Program Management: Oversee the development, accreditation, and delivery of learnerships, skills programs, and workshops.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all training programs comply with SETA requirements, national standards, and quality frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of trainers, facilitators, and administrative staff to maximize performance and learner outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, SETAs, employers, and learners.
- Budget and Resource Management: Oversee budgeting, resource allocation, and operational logistics to optimize program delivery.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Track training performance metrics, learner progress, and generate reports for internal and external stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for innovation and enhancement of training services to maintain competitive advantage.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in managing training programs, learnerships, or skills development projects.
- Strong knowledge of South African education frameworks, SETA accreditation processes, and labor market demands.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to foster a learner-centric environment while meeting business and compliance objectives.
- Competence in budgeting, project management, and stakeholder relationship management.
- Qualifications in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related fields are preferred.
