Programme Overview:

As a learner in the Charitable Giving and Planning programme, you will be exposed to the foundational principles of nonprofit work, donor engagement, fundraising, and community outreach. This structured learnership combines classroom-based instruction with real-world experience, preparing you for a future career in the nonprofit or social investment sectors.

Key Learning Areas:

  • Introduction to charitable giving, planning, and ethical philanthropy.

  • Planning and supporting community projects and social investment campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Entry Requirements:

  • South African youth aged 18–35.

  • Ability to work well in teams and follow instructions.
  • No prior formal work experience required.

Duration:

12 months, including theoretical learning and workplace-based training.
