Programme Overview:

As a learner in the Charitable Giving and Planning programme, you will be exposed to the foundational principles of nonprofit work, donor engagement, fundraising, and community outreach. Responsibilities:

Entry Requirements:

• South African youth aged 18–35.
• Minimum of Grade 12 (Matric); preference given to those with a background or interest in community development, business studies, public management, or related fields.
• Eagerness to learn, a passion for social change, and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work well in teams and follow instructions.
• No prior formal work experience required.

Duration:

12 months, including theoretical learning and workplace-based training.
