Role Overview:

As a Neftaly Classified Fellow, you will work alongside Neftaly’s communications, media, and business development teams to enhance the reach, quality, and effectiveness of classified listings. You will play a key role in shaping user experiences, content standards, and advertising strategies while mentoring interns and supporting the overall success of the classifieds platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and optimisation of Neftaly’s classified advertising platform.
• Research advertising trends, user needs, and competitor offerings to improve services.
• Oversee the creation, editing, and placement of classified ads across digital and traditional platforms.
• Develop and implement strategies to grow user engagement and ad sales.
• Train and mentor interns and junior team members in media and advertising best practices.
• Collaborate with technical and marketing teams to ensure a user-friendly interface and high-quality listings.
• Uphold content integrity, ethical advertising standards, and community guidelines.
