Role Overview:

As a Company Registration Services Volunteer, you will support Neftaly’s mission to empower individuals and communities by providing accessible, accurate, and affordable assistance with registering new companies. You will play a key role in educating clients on legal requirements, guiding them through the registration process, and helping them access essential resources.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with understanding the steps involved in registering a company through the CIPC or relevant authorities.
• Provide guidance on necessary documentation, business structures, and compliance requirements.
• Support with form completion, online registration processes, and submission of applications.
• Educate community members about the benefits of formalising a business.
• Work with Neftaly staff and partners to organise outreach and information sessions.
• Maintain accurate records of support provided and follow up with clients as needed.

Ideal Candidate:

• Passionate about entrepreneurship, community development, or legal administration.
• Good communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Basic understanding of company registration processes in South Africa (training provided).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
• Committed to volunteerism and empowering others.
