Role Overview:
The Neftaly Contract Management Fellow plays a strategic support role within the Contract Management Unit, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant contract processes. This fellowship is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of contract law, procurement practices, and organizational compliance, who are looking to contribute their expertise to a purpose-driven organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and service-level documents.
- Support the negotiation and execution of contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners.
- Monitor contract performance, deadlines, obligations, and renewals.
- Ensure adherence to legal requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related correspondence.
- Assist in developing and implementing contract management tools and frameworks.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on contract-related queries and procedures.
- Identify and mitigate contractual risks and suggest improvements to the contract lifecycle process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
