Neftaly Contract Management Fellow

Role Overview:
The Neftaly Contract Management Fellow plays a strategic support role within the Contract Management Unit, working closely with internal departments and external partners to ensure efficient and compliant contract processes. This fellowship is ideal for individuals with a strong understanding of contract law, procurement practices, and organizational compliance, who are looking to contribute their expertise to a purpose-driven organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Draft, review, and analyze contracts, agreements, and service-level documents.
• Support the negotiation and execution of contracts with suppliers, clients, and partners.
• Monitor contract performance, deadlines, obligations, and renewals.
• Ensure adherence to legal requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and organized records of all contracts and related correspondence.
• Assist in developing and implementing contract management tools and frameworks.
• Provide guidance and support to staff on contract-related queries and procedures.
• Identify and mitigate contractual risks and suggest improvements to the contract lifecycle process.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven knowledge of contract management principles, legal frameworks, and procurement policies.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and contract management software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
