As an Educational Needs Assessments Research Fellow at Neftaly, I conducted research to identify learning gaps, educational priorities, and stakeholder needs to support evidence-based program development. This fellowship provided hands-on experience in data collection, analysis, and reporting, contributing to the design of impactful educational initiatives.

Key Responsibilities & Contributions:

• Conducted educational needs assessments using surveys, interviews, and other research methods.
• Collected, cleaned, and analyzed quantitative and qualitative data to identify trends and gaps.
• Prepared comprehensive reports, visualizations, and presentations for stakeholders and program teams.
• Supported the development of recommendations and strategies to address identified educational needs.
