1. Executive Summary

The meeting focused on reviewing daily Human Capital (HC) Royal Team operations. The primary challenge identified during the day was network instability. Despite this challenge, all daily targets were successfully met, and overall productivity remained positive.

2. Methodology

2.1 Observation of Daily Operations

A review of daily workflow patterns confirmed that productivity improvements continue to be maintained. However, Ms. Sibulele Ingrid Mjoli reported ongoing challenges with using the Ideas/Support function on the Neftaly website. She is unable to post her daily report, as the system freezes her PC, requiring several hours to reboot. This issue requires urgent resolution and has been reported to the Chief, Ms. Mabusela, who is aware of the challenge.

In addition, the team reported the following system-related issues:

  • Team members are unable to post or publish job listings on the Neftaly website.
  • The Neftaly website performance is slow.
  • Sparrow users are unable to log in to their Neftaly accounts.

2.2 Root Cause Identification

The team revisited previously identified challenge categories to reinforce long-term solutions, including:

  • Communication process gaps
  • Workflow delays
  • Slow network connectivity impacting operational efficiency

2.3 Collaborative Problem-Solving

The team analysed contributing factors to operational delays, which included:

  • Lack of essential technical system access
  • Reduced workflow visibility

The team reaffirmed its commitment to maintaining efficiency and preventing future disruptions.

3. Key Issues Identified

3.1 New Issues

No new issues were reported.

3.2 Ongoing Monitoring Area – Lack of Scrape Access

Some team members still do not have access to Scrape, which continues to slow information retrieval and response times for HC-related queries.

3.3 Impact on Service Delivery

There was no negative impact on service delivery. The team remained productive and successfully achieved all daily targets.

4. Recommendations

4.1 Technical Solutions

  • Prioritise activation and stabilisation of all essential HR systems required for daily operations.
  • Scrape Access: Ensure all outstanding team members receive login credentials with the correct permissions.

5. Next Steps

  • Continue monitoring system functionality and team access requirements.
  • Maintain clear, consistent, and productive communication channels across all HC operations.
