    As a TVET College Graduate Intern at the Neftaly Artisan School, I am participating in a practical internship programme that enhances my technical skills and work readiness within a real-world artisan training environment. This role is designed to bridge the gap between classroom learning and hands-on industry experience. My responsibilities include:

    • Supporting qualified instructors and artisans in the delivery of technical training across various trades, including electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and construction-related disciplines.
    • Assisting with the preparation of training materials, tools, and workshop setups to facilitate effective hands-on learning for students.
    • Participating in daily workshop activities to gain exposure to practical applications of the skills learned during my TVET studies.
    • Maintaining and organizing workshop equipment and ensuring safety procedures are followed at all times.
    • Engaging with learners and providing peer support and guidance under the supervision of experienced mentors.
    • Attending training sessions and professional development workshops aimed at strengthening both technical competence and workplace behavior.
