Neftaly is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Christian School Specialist to support the development, management, and enhancement of Christian education initiatives within our programmes. This role focuses on integrating faith-based principles with educational excellence to foster holistic growth in learners and communities.

Role Overview

The Christian School Specialist will work closely with educational institutions, church communities, and programme teams to design and implement curriculum and activities that align with Christian values while promoting academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and support Christian education curriculum and resources.
• Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, and community stakeholders.
• Facilitate training and capacity-building workshops for educators.
• Promote values-based education that nurtures spiritual, moral, and social growth.
• Monitor and evaluate the impact of Christian education programmes.
• Assist in organising faith-based events and community outreach activities.

Key Skills and Competencies

• Strong understanding of Christian teachings and educational principles.
• Experience in curriculum development and teacher training.

Minimum Requirements
