Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Specialist
The Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Specialist plays a key role in conducting in-depth research and analysis to understand how the Neftaly brand is perceived by various audiences. This role focuses on generating actionable insights to help enhance Neftaly’s reputation, visibility, and stakeholder engagement. The specialist brings technical expertise in research design, data interpretation, and branding strategy, contributing directly to the organisation’s mission to build a strong, trusted, and impactful brand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement advanced qualitative and quantitative research studies focused on brand perception, public sentiment, and stakeholder feedback.
- Analyze data from surveys, interviews, focus groups, social media, and media coverage to assess Neftaly’s brand image and reputation.
- Develop comprehensive reports and dashboards with clear insights, trends, and strategic recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Communications, Marketing, and Strategy teams to align research findings with organisational goals and campaigns.
- Provide technical guidance on research methodology, sampling, and data integrity.
- Track and benchmark Neftaly’s brand performance against industry standards and competitor positioning.
- Ensure compliance with ethical research standards and data privacy regulations.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong expertise in research methods, statistical analysis, and branding strategy.
- Proficiency in data analysis software (e.g. SPSS, Stata, R, NVivo, Power BI).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and report-writing skills.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and strategic planning ability.
- Experience with social media sentiment analysis and media monitoring tools is an asset.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Market Research, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in brand research, consumer insights, or marketing analytics.
- Prior experience working in NGOs, public sector research, or development-focused branding projects is preferred.
