As an Officer at Neftaly Artisan School, I play a vital role in supporting the delivery of technical and vocational training programs aimed at developing skilled artisans across various trades. My responsibilities include:

• Coordinating and assisting with the planning and implementation of practical training sessions in disciplines such as electrical, plumbing, welding, and construction.
• Supporting instructors and trainers by preparing training materials, tools, and workshop environments to ensure effective learning experiences.
• Monitoring learner progress and maintaining accurate records of attendance, assessments, and competency achievements.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and workshop regulations to provide a safe and conducive learning environment.
• Assisting with administrative tasks including scheduling, resource allocation, and communication between students, trainers, and management.
• Facilitating learner support services and addressing basic queries to enhance the overall training experience.
• Participating in continuous professional development activities to stay updated with industry trends and training methodologies.
• Contributing to the smooth operation and success of the Artisan School’s programs and initiatives.
