Neftaly Artisan School Manager

The Neftaly Artisan School Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful operation, growth, and impact of the Neftaly Artisan School. This position demands a dynamic individual who can combine strong management skills with a passion for vocational education and skills development to empower youth and emerging artisans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and delivery of artisan training programmes aligned with industry standards and national qualifications.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Artisan School, including staffing, budgeting, resource allocation, and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Develop partnerships with industry stakeholders, government agencies, and community organizations to enhance training opportunities and learner outcomes.
• Oversee learner recruitment, assessment, progress monitoring, and graduation processes to ensure high completion rates and quality training experiences.
• Implement quality assurance measures and continuously improve curriculum and training methodologies.
• Coordinate outreach, marketing, and advocacy efforts to raise the profile of the Artisan School and attract funding and support.
• Mentor and develop staff, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and innovation.
• Prepare and present reports on performance, impact, and strategic initiatives to Neftaly leadership and partners.

Requirements:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Education, Vocational Training, Business Management, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in managing vocational or artisan training programmes, preferably within the TVET or skills development sector.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Knowledge of artisan trades, training standards, and regulatory frameworks.
• Commitment to youth empowerment, skills development, and community upliftment.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
