Role Overview

The Community Needs Assessments Research Manager leads and coordinates all research activities aimed at identifying the social, economic, and infrastructural needs of diverse communities. Through evidence-based methodologies and strategic collaboration, the manager ensures that Neftaly and its partners make informed, high-impact decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement community needs assessment frameworks
• Oversee qualitative and quantitative research projects
• Manage field researchers and data collection teams
• Analyze findings and produce detailed reports and policy briefs
• Engage with stakeholders, community leaders, and government departments
• Ensure ethical compliance and community participation in all research activities
• Support the integration of research findings into Neftaly’s development projects

Required Skills and Experience
