Neftaly Conference Coordinator Manager

Role Overview:
The Conference Coordinator Manager at Neftaly is a leadership position responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and evaluation of all conferences, seminars, and corporate events. This role ensures that events are strategically aligned with Neftaly’s mission, professionally executed, and deliver high value to participants and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end planning and coordination of conferences and events, from concept development to post-event reporting.
• Supervise and mentor a team of coordinators, interns, volunteers, and service providers.
• Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistical plans.
• Liaise with internal departments, speakers, vendors, and venues to ensure seamless execution.
• Oversee event marketing, branding, and communication strategies.
• Ensure compliance with all legal, health, and safety requirements related to events.
• Conduct post-event evaluations and compile reports with insights and recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, sponsors, and attendees.
• Innovate and implement best practices to continuously improve event quality and participant experience.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Events Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field.
• Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in managing large-scale conferences or corporate events.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event planning tools, registration systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines.
