Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Manager
The Neftaly Brand Perception Studies Research Manager leads the design, execution, and analysis of research initiatives aimed at understanding how Neftaly’s brand is perceived by its stakeholders, partners, and the broader public. This role is central to shaping effective communication, outreach, and strategic planning by providing evidence-based insights into the brand’s reputation, visibility, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive research strategies focused on brand perception and public awareness.
- Design quantitative and qualitative research methodologies, including surveys, focus groups, interviews, and media analysis.
- Manage data collection, analysis, and reporting to evaluate Neftaly’s brand strengths, weaknesses, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, communications, and programme teams to align brand messaging with public expectations and findings.
- Present findings and actionable insights to internal leadership and relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor trends in brand performance, public sentiment, and competitor positioning.
- Ensure ethical research practices and data integrity in all studies conducted.
Skills and Competencies:
- Strong research and analytical skills, with a deep understanding of branding, public perception, and market research.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SPSS, R, Excel, or similar platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Research, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in research, brand analysis, or public opinion studies.
- Experience working with NGOs, development agencies, or corporate social investment initiatives is an advantage.
